On one historic day, every Ford Mustang in South Africa will come together to smash the current Guinness World Record of 1,886 cars. Starting at Tarlton International Raceway and finishing at the Waterkloof Airforce Base (62 km route via N1 + N14), we expect 2,000-2,500+ Mustangs and over R3.5 million raised for children's charity.

What we're doing

Guinness World Record Attempt

Join us as we gather over 2000 Mustang's in an attempt to beat the Guinness World Record for Largest Parade of Ford Mustangs. All vehicles must be registered, and will be verified by Ford South Africa.

18 April 2026 - N1 / N14

Join us on Saturday as we attempt to break the Guinness World Record. Thousands of Mustangs will gather on the N1 / N14 highway - 62 kilometres of Mustang-only territory. All owners from all clubs are welcome to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Sons of Thunder Challenge Cup

Perpetual trophy awarded to the club/region in South Africa with the most registered Mustangs.
